I'm a bit concerned about legal documents etc, can you help?

We cannot detail each and every legal document, between property owner and client, but we can advise and if you need legal documents between owners and clients we can of course assist. Please note all legal documentation costs are seperate which carry the full documentation fees, these are priced upwards from around £55 each.

You speak about validation and optimisation, what are these?
A/
Validation is directives set out by the overseers of the internet; ie; www.w3c.org and it follows that all webmasters should if possible validate their individual websites for the good of those amongst us who need software and firmware attachments to their computers so that they too can surf the internet, for example the blind or partially sighted, many websites are breaking the Lawful regulation guidlines set out by the "Disability Discrimination Act", by not having their websites accessible for all.
Optimisation is a term suggested by those familiar with the internet that tells the search engines that a particular website has been optimised for both the search engines and the web visitors benefits.
